Our firm was founded in 1995 by Joseph B. Tiboni, Esq., a graduate of Dickinson College, Carlisle, PA in 1988, and Seton Hall School of Law, Newark, NJ in 1993, where he was a member of the Seton Hall Law Review. After law school, Mr. Tiboni served as a judicial law clerk for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division. Mr. Tiboni is a former member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, past President of the Summit Bar Association, and the Estate Planning Council of Northern New Jersey.

Jane Carro Tiboni earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia and her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University’s School of Law. After law school, she served in a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Graham T. Ross of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
